What is FYI-SPY?
FYI-SPY is software that operates on your PC (Personal Computer) to:
  • Capture keystrokes
  • Take screenshots
  • Record all programs used
FYI-SPY is a virtual surveillance camera you can run to watch what is happening on your computer.
Will anyone know if FYI-SPY is running on my computer?
No! You will be the only one who knows the FYI-SPY is running on the targeted computer.
Will it run when my computer is restarted?
FYI-SPY provides you the option to have it start invisibly every time your computer is restarted. FYI-SPY will run in the background with no indication of it loading.
How do I access the recorded information?
You type a series of keys that is given to you when you set up FYI-SPY. Once you type these keys FYI-SPY will prompt you for a password which you create. You will now be able to access all recorded information as well as start and stop FYI-SPY from recording. You may also change any of your options such as how reports are sent to you and how many screen captures you would like to record.
How do I install FYI-SPY on my computer?

Once you have completed your order, you will be sent an email containing a link to the Setup Wizard. Simply follow the onscreen instructions and you are ready to start watching out for your loved ones while they use the computer. You must install FYI-SPY on the computer you wish to monitor.

After I place my order how long will it be before I am able to install FYI-SPY?

Right away! As soon as your order is placed and confirmed you will receive an email (usually within just a few minutes) with the link needed to download FYI-SPY. The installation process is quick and easy.

My computer has multiple user accounts. Under which user should I install FYI-SPY?

You should install it under your account and then you can monitor any or all accounts that are being used.

Will FYI-SPY email me reports?

Yes. It will send you a record of keystrokes if you choose this option. It can email you every time the person using the computer uses it for a certain amount or on a regular basis, such as once a day

Is the $34.95 price a monthly fee?

No. The incredibly low price of $34.95 is for 1 license (license is restricted to 1 computer). Included in the low price of $34.95 are free software upgrades.

Will FYI-Spy work on my MAC computer?

No, FYI-Spy is currently available only for the PC.
